Near the Houses there are local shops, and from the larger ones (Lidl, Biedronka, Dino, Polo) we are about six kilometers away, so shopping will not be a problem. Above all, however, you will find here the sea breeze, the fresh smell of pine forest, soft fine sand, spectacular sunsets, the soothing sound of the sea and tranquility through the big “S”.

It is also worth knowing that this year the Sea Houses have focused on ecology. We have installed a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 50 kW, collect rainwater, and heat the houses with heat pumps. In the era of increasing fees related to household maintenance, we offer not only a comfortable but also financially attractive possibility of long-term rental based on fixed rent independent of utilities consumption.
