New Year's Eve in the Sea Houses — what do you say?

We invite you to us to say goodbye to the old year and welcome the new! We offer houses for rent, but we do not organize any event — everyone celebrates according to their preferences.

Around forests, beaches and, of course, the sea. If you are a lover of cold water, New Year's Eve time may be perfect for you to scurry and then warm yourself in sucks. Bania, which can be rented exclusively from 23.00 to 1.00 on New Year's Eve, accommodates a maximum of six people, and if you opt for it, you will also receive a bottle of prosecco and cold sparklers in the package. New Year's prosecco will wait for guests in each cottage as well.

During our New Year's Eve it will not be possible to let off fireworks. We welcome guests with dogs, so we want to create comfortable conditions also for them and for all animals living in the surrounding forests. But do not worry, a warm, friendly atmosphere, comfortable houses, beautiful terrain, smiles on faces and cold fires can create an equally uplifting mood!

As always, there will be a playground, a multifunctional court, a dog run and a library corner. You will be able to rent games and books. There are year-round restaurants nearby, so you can always go out and eat something outside the Maritime Houses or order food with delivery. New Year's Eve stay includes a minimum of three nights, but you can extend it or arrive early at an attractive price.

The price of stay includes:

• Accommodation (min. 3 days) in heated houses with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and private closed terrace or garden with a set of garden furniture;
• parking space for 2 cars (3 car extra paid);
• a bottle of champagne;
• cold sparklers;
• 400m2 closed dog paddock, with obstacle course, toys, water, pouches;
• pets free of charge (max. 2 in one cottage). Stay of two dogs (no additional charge) regardless of their size and weight;
• utilities: electricity, water, wifi;
• VAT;

Facilities for children:

• children up to 3 years old free of charge (from the year 2020 );
• possibility of renting a cot (without mattress and bed linen), high chair, bathtub, toilet seat (request for advance reservation);
• use of the library corner with board games;
• in the kitchens there are special dishes for children;
• we secured the stairs in two-level cottages with special gates (bottom and top);
• the entire area of the Morskie Houses is fenced off from the street and secured by a gate opened to a code and a remotely closed gate;
• spacious playground in swings, slides, ladders and sandbox.

Additionally paid:

• bath in a wooden tub with jacuzzi and hydromassage - Balia is reserved exclusively from 23:00 to 1.00, it will accommodate a maximum of 6 people (to receive a quote Bani please contact us in advance, the order of booking decides)
• possibility of renting a larger refrigerator;
• possibility of renting a bicycle with a child seat;
• disposable grill with charcoal;
• parking space for the third vehicle;
• tourist tax payable on the spot on the day of arrival;

New Year's Eve offer is valid from 27.12.2023 to 04.01.2024, stay min. 3 nights. Departure is not possible: 29,30,31.2023.

A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is charged on arrival. Payment of the deposit is possible only in cash.
