The price of stay includes:

Accommodation and accessories

• accommodation (min. 2 days) in brick houses with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and private closed terrace or garden with a set of garden furniture
• parking space for 2 cars (3 car extra)
• media: electricity, water, wifi
• VAT

Children in Marine Houses

• children under 3 years free of charge (from year 2021)
• use of the entire infrastructure of the facility in the area of 1.5ha of fenced area;
• huge playground with Tyrolean convention, outdoor gym, sports fields, (volleyball court, basketball and tennis wall), trampoline
• use of sports equipment (balls, rackets, etc.), possibility of renting a tourist cot (without mattress and bed linen), high chair, bath tub, toilet seat (request for advance reservation)
• sensory village for the youngest: blackboards, sensory paths, mud kitchen (available until 15.09)
• use of the covered playroom for children (126m 2); toddler's corner, toys, books, bicycles, riders, table tennis table (available until 15.09)
• using the library corner with board games

Dogs in Sea Houses

• 400m 2 closed dog paddock, with obstacle course, toys, water, pouches
• pets free of charge (2 or 3 in one cottage).

During autumn-winter stays, it is exceptionally possible to stay with 3 dogs in selected cottages after prior agreement with the staff of Maritime Houses, the order of booking decides.

A refundable deposit of PLN 500 is charged on arrival.
